What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from certified sailing captains who share our passion for adventure and excellent guest experiences.
Valid Captain's License
USCG, RYA, or equivalent certification required
Sailing Experience
Documented offshore and charter experience preferred
Safety Certifications
First aid, CPR, and relevant safety training
Guest-Focused Attitude
Excellent communication and hospitality skills
ASA Instructors: If you hold ASA certifications (101, 103, 104, 114), you'll have access to additional teaching opportunities!
